Blogging
My main blog is Travels in a Mathematical World, which I have kept since Wednesday 6th February 2008.
In 2011 I was asked to participate in a group blog for the Institute of Mathematics and its Applications (IMA), the professional body of which I am a member. The IMA blog is IMAMATHSBLOGGER (do you see what they did there?) and I plan to share things of interest to mathematicians and particularly when I have been involved in some volunteering for the IMA.
Second-Rate Minds
Second-Rate Minds is a collaborative blog that Samuel Hansen and I started in 2011 to practice writing. The idea is that each post is written by one of us and edited by the other, so we get to practice our writing and learn by critiquing anothers. I am trying to write each post in a different style to practice a variety of modes of writing. Below are the posts I have written. You can also view the posts I have edited.
