Improved two-way feedback to ease transition to mathematics at university

European First Year Experience Conference 2014 (09/06/2014).

A first year transition module uses feedback sheets and e-assessment to improve two-way communication between students and lecturer on module content, engagement with lectures and mathematical writing skills. This approach is presented as a way to improve two-way feedback around the transition to university mathematics.
